About me
Hi! I'm Zoe, the face behind Zoe's Lash and Makeup Artistry. Creativity has always been at the heart of what I do. I spent three years at Southampton Solent University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hair and Makeup Design for Music, Film, and Photography, graduating in 2012.
After university, I gained hands on industry experience working with brands like Benefit and Smashbox Cosmetics, as well as contributing to fashion shows and photoshoots.
A few years later, I shifted gears to pursue a career in fitness and was lucky enough to land a rare opportunity to work for Walt Disney in the United States.
Despite the changes, my passion for beauty never left. In 2024, I took the leap into lash artistry and have since completed four professional courses in eyelash extensions. I'm committed to staying current, continually improving my skills to offer safe, high quality, and bespoke lash services for every client.

Classic Lash Extensions – £40
Infill – £30
Classic extensions involve applying one individual lash to each natural lash. This style is perfect if you're after a soft, natural look without too much glam. The fullness of your set depends on how many natural lashes you have. Classics can be tailored with lighter lashes for a feathered finish or thicker ones for a mascara like effect.
Hybrid Lash Extensions – £45
Infill – £35
Hybrid lashes are a combination of classic lashes and premade volume fans. Ideal for those who want a soft glam look with a bit more texture and dimension. At your consultation and patch test, we'll discuss the desired density. Hybrid sets are typically created with 4D to 6D fans.
Volume Lash Extensions – £55
Infill – £45
Volume lashes are made using premade fans ranging from 4D to 8D. This style is great if you have fewer natural lashes, as the fans create a fuller appearance and help cover sparse areas. Volume is perfect for a darker, more dramatic finish without going too heavy.
Mega Volume Lash Extensions – £58
Infill – £48
Mega volume lashes are created using larger premade fans (9D to 12D) for the fullest and most dramatic look. This set offers intense density and depth, ideal for those who love bold, glamorous lashes.
Lash Lift & Tint – £30
A lash lift and tint is a low maintenance treatment that can last up to 8 weeks. It uses a gentle perming solution to lift your natural lashes, followed by a tint to enhance their appearance. Results vary depending on your natural lash length and type. This elegant and subtle look is perfect if you usually curl your lashes or wear mascara and want to save time in your daily routine.
Consultation and Patch Test
Patch Testing & Consultation
All new clients are required to book a patch test at least 24 hours before any eyelash extension or lash lift and tint appointment. This is a crucial step to ensure your safety and comfort. It also gives us the opportunity to meet in person, discuss your desired and realistic lash result, a chance for me to assess your lash health and design the right style for you and communicate any health concerns that may affect the treatment.
Eyelash Extension Patch Test
This involves applying three small individual lash extensions to the outer corners of your eyes, using a small amount of the adhesive and products intended for your full set.
Lash Lift & Tint Patch Test
For this test, small swabs of each product are applied to your forearm and left on for at least 24 hours to monitor for any sensitivity or reaction.
Infill Appointments
At your infill appointment, I carefully remove any outgrown or misdirected extensions and replace them with fresh ones. Regular infills are essential to maintain both the look and health of your lashes. I offer infills up to 3 weeks after your last appointment. Anything beyond this timeframe will be considered a full set, as more time and additional lashes will be required to restore the desired fullness.
Lash Adhesive
I use UK regulated lash adhesive for all of my clients. This adhesive is cosmetic grade and approved under strict UK safety standards, making it one of the safest options for lash application.
Many adhesives from large international suppliers are medical grade and manufactured in regions like the Middle East, where cosmetic regulations are less stringent. These products are often cheaply made, unregulated, and not designed for use on human skin, posing a higher risk of irritation or allergic reaction.
Although the adhesive I use is cosmetic grade and reactions are rare, it's still possible to develop a sensitivity at any time even if you've had lashes before without issue. For this reason, I strongly recommend scheduling your appointment at least a few days before any special event, just in case a reaction occurs and further care is needed.

Policies
1. Pre-Appointment Requirements
Clients are required to arrive with completely clean, makeup-free eyes. Failure to do so will impact your appointment time and may reduce the duration allocated for your lash or makeup application. Left over latex glue from strip lashes will automatically cancel your appointment until it has been fully removed.
2. Infills Policy
Infills should be booked within three weeks of your initial appointment. Any appointment scheduled beyond this period will require a full set application.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the cost of materials and the time dedicated to each service, we do not offer refunds.
4. Illness
If you become unwell, please inform us at your earliest convenience so that we can reschedule your appointment.
5. Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, kindly message before entering, as I may be with another client. Please note that late arrivals will not extend your scheduled appointment end time.
6. Guest Policy
Due to space and insurance restrictions, only the client is permitted in the treatment room. Unfortunately, children, pets, and additional guests cannot attend appointments. If you have specific needs due to mental health considerations, please inform me in advance so I can make necessary accommodations.
7. Payment
Payments are due before or during your appointment. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Paypal and cash.
8. Patch Test and Consultation
New clients must schedule a patch test and consultation at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. This allows us to check for allergies, assess the health of your natural lashes, discuss your desired style and expectations, and complete necessary consent forms.
9. Aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your lash extensions. You are responsible for caring for your extensions by:

Avoiding steam rooms and hot baths within the first 48 hours.

Cleaning your lashes regularly with lash extension shampoo.

Refraining from applying mascara on your extensions.
9. Talking During Appointments
I love a good chat! Although, unfortunately talking during the application can make the process more difficult. When we speak, our facial muscles and eyes move, which can shift the under eye pads, increase the risk of fume irritation, cause lash stickies, and affect the precision of attachment. To ensure the best results and your comfort, I kindly ask that conversation is kept to a minimum after lash preparation.
10. Appointment Duration
Please ensure you allow enough time for your appointment to be completed to the highest standard. The duration may vary depending on several factors, including the type and number of your natural lashes, their condition, the chosen lash style, the quality of aftercare, and the amount of talking during the session. While it's uncommon, full sets may take up to 2 hours and 45 minutes, and infills up to 2 hours and 30 minutes. Allowing this time ensures I can give your lashes the attention and care they deserve.
